Children First Whistleblower Policy
Any employee who reasonably believes that a policy, practice, or activity of Children First is a violation of law is encouraged to file a written complaint with the President & CEO and the Board Chair.
Children First will investigate any possible illegal conduct. Anyone found to have engaged in illegal conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including civil or criminal prosecution when warranted.
Children First will not retaliate against a whistleblower for reporting alleged illegal conduct, providing information or assisting in investigations or filing, testifying, participating in or assisting in legal proceedings regarding the alleged behavior.
If you believe that a policy, practice or activity of Children First is a violation of law, please type your complaint in the text box below. The Chair of the Children First Board of Directors, or designee, will investigate your complaint. You can file this anonymously by not putting your name at the bottom of the complaint.
